The joy of being a small company is that we can pay our full attention to customer service and we aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
Returns / Exchange policy
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If, however, for any reason at all you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition (with all the original tags attached) for a full refund, provided you do so within 14 working days of our dispatch date. Please note that you are responsible for items sent back until they are received by us. We therefore recommend using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us.
You may also return your purchase to the shop in Chancery Lane for a refund again having popped by within 14 days after the day of delivery. To help us process your return please bring your paperwork with you. Throughout all of this your statutory rights are unaffected. Pricing Policy and Countries we ship to
All prices indicated are inclusive of V.A.T (where applicable) at the current rate and are quoted in pounds sterling All merchandise offered on our website is available at the same price within our shop, unless specifically stated otherwise. We are happy to ship worldwide. However we are not registered for VAT free sales and every sale will carry UK VAT at the current rate (currently 20%) which will be automatically included in your bill. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
